Door Decorating

MediaWest is a media fan convention held annually on Memorial Day. Fans of TV and film get together and talk about stuff like Buffy and CSI in the same detail that novels are discussed in high-school English. One MediaWest tradition is to decorate the hotel room doors. In 2002 MediaWest had a panel on Trading Spaces so Ye Webmaster decided to do a Douglas Wilson-themed door. I arrived at the con with five 11x17 pages of Doug pictures output on a color-laser printer, construction paper, scissors, tape and no design plan. The door was assembled in five hours on Friday night and enjoyed by fans strolling the hotel's halls during the weekend.
