Installing custom navigation bars

Download the text file containing the HTML code for the navigation bar by right-clicking on the text file link and selecting "Save Target As..."

Copy the HTML code to your webpage. Replace the following text in the code:

  • YOUR NAME
  • YOUR EMAIL
  • YOUR ID #

You can find out your ID # by logging in to Yahoo and selecting the My Rings or List All My Rings link on the top the page. On the My Rings page, select the PWFC Web Ring link in the My Web Site(s) (click site to edit) column. The URL for the page in your browser should be something like:

http://edit.webring.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/wrman?ring=pwfcring&id=32&edit

In the above example, the ID # is 32.

If you want to store the navigation bar graphics on your own website, you will need to save the images separately then modify the HTML code to link to your local copies of the images.
